Risk of loss and title for items purchased from EROMMY pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

EROMMY reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications on products and services offered on this website without incurring any obligations.

Product Descriptions

erommy.ca attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, EROMMY does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of erommy.ca is always without error, accurate, complete, reliable or current. If an EROMMY product doesn’t match the description, you can return it unused. Just make sure to reach out to our customer service team first.

Product Colours

erommy.ca does its best to display product colours shown on this website as accurately as possible. However, because the colours you see depend on your monitor, EROMMY cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour is accurate. EROMMY isn’t responsible for any differences between the color shown on erommy.ca and the actual color of the product.

Product Pricing

EROMMY reserves the right to modify retail prices at any time and without prior notice. All prices indicated exclude taxes, delivery (where applicable) and assembly. With respect to items sold by erommy.ca, EROMMY cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite EROMMY’s best efforts, a small number of the items in print by EROMMY may be mispriced. If an item's real price is higher or lower than the price on erommy.ca, EROMMY might contact you for instructions before shipping. If not, they could cancel your order and let you know.
